Oahu Real Estate: What can I buy?
You Can Buy in Hawaii... This is a photo of "Haiku Point" in Kaneohe, A condominium complex. They have: 1/1, 2/1 and 2/2 for sale, and currently you can purchase a fee simple unit for under $400k.
In Kailua their are deals to be had also.
Keep a watch with me to see how the new condominiums progress on Kailua Road. They are still in the planning stages, but I will post any new information right here as it becomes available!
